And so it commences… AGAIN!

The realisation hit me yesterday that I’m running the Lisburn 10k on 15th June and since completing the Belfast Marathon Relay I’ve been to busy to keep up the training properly so I got on the ball yesterday and went for a run followed by another one this morning- its going to be a painful few weeks!
